Who am I?

My name is Mickias Sisay and I work for the RE/MAX G8 Reality network in Prague. Although I have been working as a real estate agent since 2025, my journey into real estate began earlier and was a natural continuation of my entrepreneurial career.

I have been involved in real estate for a long time. My experience in the construction industry and property renovation gives me a technical overview, which is an advantage.

I pride myself on transparent communication, a personal approach, and meticulous preparation for every job.

My goal is to ensure that the entire sale or rental process is as safe and understandable as possible for the client, leading to the best possible outcome.

How do I work?

✔️ Before setting the price, I will conduct a market analysis based on competitive offers and prices of sold properties
✔️ I will prepare your property to attract as many buyers as possible – cleaning, home staging, painting, visualization
✔️ I will ensure effective marketing – professional photography, video, drone footage, online campaigns on social media
✔️ I regularly inform clients about the progress of the sale and provide feedback.
✔️ I work with lawyers and notaries to ensure that every transaction is conducted securely
✔️ I provide comprehensive services from the initial meeting to assistance with energy transfers

My journey to real estate

Right after high school, I started a business in construction. The interior renovations I carried out sparked my interest in real estate.ned po střední škole jsem začal podnikat ve stavebnictví.

So I jumped in head first and bought my first investment apartment, which I completely renovated and began renting out on a short-term basis. Gradually, another apartment was added... This got me into real estate, but I wanted more.

I found myself in real estate, so I decided that I wanted to work in the field as a broker. RE/MAX was the obvious choice for me because it represents the values I hold dear.
